You have the option to send updates or announcements to your customers as well as resellers from your Direct Reseller account.

Follow the instructions below to do this:

  1. Log into your direct reseller account from the Alerts application
  2. On the top right corner, find the “Settings” icon and click on it to collapse the menu, and click on “Announcements”.
  3. On the page that loads, find the “+New” button on the right side of the page and click on it.
  4. The below pop-up will appear:                             Subject: Fill in the Subject line or a Heading for the announcement

    Announcement: Enter the details of the announcement here

    Make Announcement to: Choose your audience. It can be either to your resellers or to all your customers.

    Is Active? If you want this announcement not to be displayed, uncheck this option.

  5. Fill in the options and click “Save”.
