As a direct reseller, you will need to have an understanding of how your resellers are using the services so that you can maintain your account and credits without hindering your customers’ usage of the services.
In order for you to monitor this, you can follow the below steps to configure reports for your reseller accounts:
Login to your direct reseller account from the Alerts Application.
Find the settings icon as shown below on the top right-hand corner of the page and click it.
A menu will appear as above. Click on the “Alerts” option. A page with the available alerts that can be configured will appear.
You can choose to configure a daily or monthly report (As highlighted above) that you will receive to your email ID by toggling the “On/Off” button. Alternatively, you can click the “Edit” icon on the right side and add additional email IDs of the persons to whom you would want this report to go.
Make sure to click on the “Save” icon found on the right side of the report required, once you are done with the configurations.
These are summary reports of the resellers’ usage of the services.
