Incoming URL is a webhook which can be configured against each WhatsApp Business number under the portal which will be triggered by Kaleyra whenever an incoming message is received on the WhatsApp number.

Step to configure the Webhook for Active WhatsApp number 
- Login to K-Cloud Account
- Channels 
- Manage Under WhatsApp channel
- Configurations
- Numbers 
- Edit (3 Dots under)
- Place the webhook under Incoming URL text box
