Notifications allow you to get important alerts right to your inbox. We understand that in the world of technology, timely reminders on important alerts play a crucial role in the functioning of your business. We provide you an array of notifications to choose from, and to stay notified. The following are the list of notifications, you can utilize on Voice application.



Low Balance Alert

Alerts you when the balance goes below a mentioned point. You can set your low balance tariff and we’ll send an email to notify you.

Daily Usage Report

A mail will be sent everyday to you with details of your account usage.

Day Wise Report

Based on the frequency you choose, either weekly or monthly report on your account usage will be sent to your email with day-wise breakup of the usage.

Hourly Usage Report

Once in an hour we’ll trigger an email with the details of your account usage.

Weekly Available Credits

Once in a week, we’ll send an email on the credits available in the account.

Service Expiry Alert

We’ll send an email on service expiry and account will be enabled by default settings.

Call Failure Report

Based on the frequency you choose, either hourly, daily or weekly a report on the call failures will be sent to your email.

Configuration Change Notification

When there is a change in the configuration of the IVR, an email will be sent to you.

Daily Call Summary Report

Admin will get an email once a day on the account usage of the agent, notifications and agent login history

To view and manage notifications, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the settings from the top right corner of the Voice application. A Drop down appears. Click on ‘Notifications’ from the drop down.

  2. You can see the list of above explained notifications. To turn on a notification, toggle the ‘off’ switch to ‘on’. When the toggle switch turns green, you’ll know that you’ve turned on that particular notification, as shown in the image below:

  1. You can also choose frequency for the notifications. To choose the frequency, click on ‘Edit’ icon and you can see the frequency below the notification. Tick on the preferred frequency.

  2. You can also choose the email you wish to receive the notifications to. You can add multiple emails separated by a comma. Once you’re done, click on ‘Save’ to update your alert.
