Kaleyra recommends that you limit the number of messages being sent to no more than 50,000 messages for every 5 minutes.

In order to set this up, you can simply follow the below steps: 

1. Log into your Clevertap account and navigate to settings section:                                                                                                                          
2. In the menu that appears, find “setup” and then click on “campaign limits”                                
3. On the page that loads, select the “Add channel” option as shown below:
4. Select SMS and click on the “Add Throttle Limit” option  
5. Set the recommended throttle limit of 50,000 as shown below and click on “Save” at the bottom of the page.
